3rd Qtr. Employee Meeting-Sep. 23rd

Please join us for the Third Quarter employee meeting and training event on September 23rd. The event will begin with socializing and snacks at 5:30, then 1 of the 2 mandatory trainings that you need to complete each year will be offered at 6pm - 6:30. The training will also be available thru livestream. If you cannot come in person, please log in to the call for the training portion.

Client Signatures are Critical

Know if Your Client’s Require a Signature at Clock Out

Clock Out procedures require a client e-signature for every shift. Unless otherwise directed, expect to receive prompts for a client signature when clocking-out of your shifts. If you are uncertain of this, check at your next shift if a prompt appears after fulfilling your task checklist.

Required to Clock Out with the Client

When you use the App, give the phone to the client for their signature when the signature page appears. (TIP- an inexpensive stylus works great.) If the mobile app is not working, you can use the call-in phone number on the back of your badge. You will be prompted to ask them to say their name into the phone. Remember, the signature or call-in must be completed with the client present, as it is the client’s signature you want.

Do Not Leave without a Signed Shift Record

If you are unable to Clock Out via the App or Phone, you must call the office while still with your client. The office will handle the system issue and you can obtain the client’s signature on a piece of paper and send a photo to the office before you leave the client. The most common reason for difficulty with Clocking Out is a shift time change that was not sent to the office with enough notice or wifi issues. Please remember to advise the office if there is a time change when you receive your 2pm reminder of the next day’s shifts. You simply reply to the text with the new hours and we will update the times.

We are hoping to reduce our need to reach out for paper signatures, please remember that signatures are required to Clock Out. Thank you for your help.
