Your Safety
If at any point you are concerned about safely getting to or staying at a shift, please text the office right away with any rescheduling options. We would much rather hear from you early than have you feel pressured to take unnecessary risks.
Client Safety
If you notice any concerns related to your client’s safety during this weather—such as heat issues, limited food supplies, or snow removal needs—please contact the office. Our scheduling team will take care of communicating with family members or social workers as needed.
A quick reminder that services like Meals on Wheels may be disrupted, so please check in on your client’s food supply when you are able.
Technology Backup
If your internet is down and the mobile app is not working, you can always check in or out by calling 844-462-8187. Please be sure to call from the same phone number you receive WellSky text messages on.
Also, with the possibility of power outages, please make sure your cell phone is fully charged before your shift.
WellSky & Schedule Backup
Due to the widespread winter storm affecting many regions, including areas where WellSky backup data centers are located, temporary disruptions are possible. As a precaution, we recommend creating a paper backup of your schedule, including client addresses and phone numbers, for the next few days. This information is always available in the mobile app.
