Every day you walk into someone’s home and do work that truly matters. You help people stay independent, you bring comfort to families, and often you become one of the most trusted people in a client’s life.
And yet, so much of that work happens quietly and independently. You’re often the only caregiver in the home, doing the right thing for your client, sometimes without a lot of support in the moment.
I want you to know something very important:
You are not alone in the care you provide.
The Challenge
One of the realities of home care is that caregivers work one-on-one with clients across our community.
That independence is part of what makes this work special. But it can also make it harder to feel connected to the rest of the team.
We want every caregiver to feel supported, encouraged, and recognized for the work they do.
Introducing CoachUp Care
That’s why we’re launching something new called CoachUp Care.
CoachUp Care is our culture framework designed to keep our caregivers connected to our mission, our team, and to each other.
Through CoachUp Care, we’ll be sharing:
• stories of meaningful caregiving moments
• encouragement and practical tips
• caregiver recognition
• opportunities to celebrate the incredible work happening in our community every day
Why It Matters
Caregiving is not just a job.
It’s a calling to serve others with compassion, patience, and dignity.
Every visit you make is a chance to make someone’s day brighter, safer, and more comfortable.
CoachUp Care helps us celebrate those moments and remind each other why this work matters.
What to Expect
Over the coming months you’ll start seeing:
• caregiver spotlights
• recognition awards
• care tips and encouragement
• opportunities to share your caregiving stories
Because the best ideas and inspiration often come from the caregivers themselves.
Thank You
We are incredibly grateful for the work you do every day.
Thank you for the compassion you bring to your clients and their families.
Even though caregiving often happens one home at a time…
we are one team, united by faith and a shared mission to care for seniors in our community.
Thank you for being part of that mission.
