Updated Care Log Signature Requirement
We want to make you aware of an important update to our documentation process. New procedures from some of our partner agencies now require both the caregiver and the senior receiving care to sign the care log.
For caregivers using the mobile app, your signature will appear in the same area where the care receiver signature is currently collected. Please take a moment to complete this step at the end of each visit to ensure documentation remains accurate and compliant.
