Effective Aug. 1, Wellsky will require the Caregiver confirm services on their own signature line during clock out.
After your client signs the Care Log, tap Next. You'll then see the option to add your signature.
Review the shift details, then sign the Care Log using your finger or a stylus—just as your client did. Once you've signed, tap Next to complete the clock-out process.
Taking a moment to verify your shift details and complete your signature helps ensure your visit is documented accurately and your time is processed correctly.
