➡️ For schedule changes requested more than 24 hours in advance, you’ll now leave a message with the details.

This allows our scheduling team to process requests more quickly and consistently—making your work smoother and our clients’ experience stronger.

1. Text your questions to 616-234-0190 – this is the fastest way to reach us.

2. Double-check the number you’re texting – always use 616-234-0190 for direct communication.

3. Update your contacts – save 844-462-8187 as “SHS Computer.” Messages to this number are routed through multiple systems and will be delayed.

4. Review schedule changes with your client before contacting the office.

5. Provide complete details for schedule changes:

   • Client’s name

   • Original shift date & time

   • New shift date & time

   • Confirmation the client is aware
